Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused Tupperware products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and lids are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
